Interisle Consulting Group identified 1.1 million unique phishing attacks from over 3 million phishing reports collected by the Cybercrime Information Center during the 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022 period, to better understand how much phishing occurred, when attacks occurred and where.

Phishing Landscape 2022 examines where phishers get the resources – domain names, Internet addresses, web sites and subdomain hosting services – that they need to perpetrate their crimes. The study also identifies brands targeted by phishers and considers how phishing is evolving or expanding into new targets such as cryptocurrencies.
